For ShipStation sellers
MotherStock for ShipStation
IMEI/serial tracking, pack verification, and returns for ShipStation sellers.
ShipStation still buys the label and runs the shipment. MotherStock is the stock behind those orders: one serial for every unit, a scan that has to match before it ships, and a return checked against the unit that went out.
Works alongside ShipStation. Not affiliated with ShipStation.
Two minutes on the floor
The real screens, with made-up orders. A phone comes back as a different serial, then a pack refuses a bad scan and accepts the unit that belongs in the box.

IMEI and serial tracking
Every phone, tablet, laptop, and console in stock is one serial. A phone's serial is its 15-digit IMEI.
The history of a unit is who received it, what it cost, who packed it, which order it left on, and what came back.

Pack verification
Open orders from every ShipStation account you connect land on one list. You scan the unit into the order.
A serial that already shipped, or that another open order is holding, will not scan into a second box. A unit of the wrong product will not complete the line, and a phone serial that is not 15 digits is refused. A matching scan takes that exact unit out of stock.
ShipStation still buys the label. MotherStock records who packed which serial, and can write a note back to the ShipStation order. Tracking updates arrive as ShipStation sends them.

Returns
Scan what came back. If it is not the serial that shipped, the return saves and the stock stays put, so you know before you refund.
A matching serial can go back into inventory when the status is Return complete.
ShipStation stays in the loop
MotherStock does not buy labels or compare rates. Orders already on your Open list can still be packed if ShipStation is down. If the note back to the order does not go through, the order says so and you can send it again later.
